Your puppy has been found in good health by my veterinarian 

Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth against any hereditary disorders that are detrimental to the puppy’s health. The following conditions apply:

            -recommended for euthanasia from hereditary or genetic condition 

            -death from hereditary or genetic condition 

I need to be informed of any problems before any action can be taken. A replacement puppy will require a written statement from a licensed veterinarian stating cause of death or defect.

Both buyer and seller hereby understand it that the purchaser handles all veterinarian costs after date of purchase.

The new owner must have their new puppy checked by their veterinarian within 3-5 days to verify the puppy’s health, your puppy is up to date on all core vaccinations at the time of sale. You will be provided with your puppy’s vaccination record which you will bring to your veterinarian. It is up to you to maintain your puppy’s immunization schedule. The buyer agrees that Cody Pachico’s obligation ceases and this contract is void if buyer does not continue vaccination series, does not see a licensed veterinarian, deprives the puppy of any medical treatment or puppy is abused or neglected. 

Although the puppies have been on a two-week deworming program since birth, deworming must be continued by you or your veterinarian. This guarantee does not cover coccidia, Giardia or upper respiratory infections. Please notify me if the puppy has any of these conditions.

 

This puppy is being sold as a pet only; I do not sell for breeding or show. The owner must have their puppy spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.

Adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment. The first few months can be trying but just remember at the time you bring your new baby home it is like a one-year-old child in human age. Fortunately, this time goes by fast and at 3-4 months your puppy is like a 2–4-year-old child. With lots of love, positive reinforcement and consistency, your fur-kid will begin to realize what you want it to do. Remember their main goal is to become part of your family and to do that they must learn what is expected of them. Set boundaries right away, share what activities you enjoy with them while they are young. Please make the effort in these first few months to train them the way you want them to behave. With a few months of training, they will devote the rest of their lives trying to please you, love you unconditionally and crack you up on a regular basis. So please be patient and don't hesitate to seek help from books, YouTube or a trainer.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your pet, please contact me. I will try to help you find a new home. No refunds will be made.
